Birthday surprise

Our cat Sylvester turned 13 on 1st April. Today I found this hand made birthday tucked into his bedding. I discovered it when I lifted up his bedding to vacuum it.
I saw my son drawing the other day but unusually he didn't show me the finished product. Perhaps meant for the cat's eyes only so I've put it back as I found it ;-)
