Agricultural gate!

This old metal wheel which was once on a Mull hay rake is now part of the garden gate on my friend's croft.
A little google check tells me that the firm which made it was in existence from 1840 to 1934 so there is a very good chance that it was originally a horse drawn rake although much of this type of equipment was later converted to be tractor drawn. My pal worked one of these hay rakes on Mull in the 1960's - it might even be this same one!
