The router has gone wibble which is causing no end of problems with uploading etc. It's taken me two whole hours of endlessly refreshing to get to this description page and my swearing has been impressive even for me!

Sky couldn't have been more helpful when I phoned them - new router on the way, refund promised etc etc ringing back on Tuesday. So we shall see if they follow through with their promises.

So scabious plant still looking fabulous. Frankly it could look like a bag of spanners right now so long as the blessed thing has loaded properly.
