Now started fitting knees and crooks, commencing with the stem. Found a 2ft length of hardwood window board in the garage (I knew it would come in useful) and cut the stem crook and two quarter knees from it. The stem crook is fitted as are the doublers on the transom to take the outboard. I have even counterbored the screw heads so I can fit mahogany pellets to hide them. All of which is faintly ridiculous on a scruffy old fibreglass dinghy, but she deserves it.
Today has been spent on the big boat, we refitted the windows and put a coat of anti foul on.
