Lazy photo followed by energetic swim in the evening, starting to conquer some more of the psychological barriers whilst slowly shaking off the physical ones.

The guardian have got a top 10 b-sides from the noughties playlist up on their site, couple of gems on there especially Bloc Party and The Strokes. Got me thinking about the best b-side bands and for me it's got to be Suede and Belle & Sebastian (unless I can count the Ride eps) - you always knew you were getting a complete package with their releases, not just a couple of remixes and a live version. Here's a gem from the former, they even made a video for it.
