Pineapple slices

A blast from the past - bought Brian a gammon steak for his tea (I had an omelette). Even better as far as Brian was concerned...I remembered to get some pineapple slices to go with it. Now I am eyeing up a tin of rice pudding in the cupboard and wondering if I can complete the retro 70s tea like that or bake an upside-down pineapple cake...Mmm, decisions decisions! Where is my Be-Ro recipe book! All us 1970s brides had a copy...
