Playing Out

I love this time of year when the evenings are lighter and the boys play outside with their friends rather than sit in front of the TV.

This was the scene outside my house this afternoon, just as it was last year on almost the very same date. The differences are that this year is Sam and his friends, and since we have had no late frost and no snow at all, most of the daffodils are out!

For the locals, the bluebells are just starting in Rivey wood too, it will be beautiful up there soon.
