Day of Downpours

Another wall of slate grey approaches from the southwest. The first shower of the day brought thunder. Winter is our time for thunderstorms, as opposed to other parts of the country. The next shower, whose approach is shown here, required me to put on the lights in the house, although it was midday.

In the Hebrides, there is never have a dull moment in the weather.
