mullet when?

Was out for lunch with a couple of friends and caught sight of this mega-mullet. I mean, that's one confident mullet right there. That guarantees you citizenship of Australia indefinitely.
It's such a statement of intent the old mullet. The 'when?' was a nice bit of serendipity as it implies an outdated time where Mr Mullet looks longingly into his future wondering why, or even when?, his business on top/party at the back look is going to be appreciated the way it should.
There's a hope of a future 'when?' in the sunrise and , indeed, with the rise of the top of his haircut. Mr Mullet rides the rising sun breaking through Mediterranean mountains to a beach where he can finish off the ladies with a posing pouch and tanned arse. That's when the party at the back kicks in. Good on ya' mate!
