We have visitors from Wales today so took them on a tour of the central city area. They didn't know what to expect, but they had heard about our new cathedral so wanted to see that.

We timed our visit there perfectly as the choir was practicing and the acoustics are absolutely fantastic ......... and so is this very impressive building filled with a beautiful glow from the light coming through the roof. This cathedral is a very welcome addition to Christchurch, both as a church and as a venue for some very talented singers who have performed here.
