Nature helps out...

I was down photographing Brighton Beach this evening when a Seagull got washed ashore (bottom middle). It was wrapped in a fishing line. The other Seagulls flocked overhead gliding upwind, then turning downwind to circle over it again and again, screeching to alert others. A Crow then came over to the snared Seagull and pulled the line off. The Seagull then flew off, safe for another evening... Amazing to witness!
