I realise I've been longing for weeks for stillness and silence
only then will my wait for knowledge, acceptance and understanding

place

There's no space in the meeting of deadlines, demands and other's expectations
for my answers to be heard
I want for space, and not to fill it with words
I want nothing, and no one. I simply want peace.


I took this last night, running along the prom after midnight.
It was not far enough.
