Today has been a bloody shocker.
But I got home at 10pm and it's done. And I had a glass of wine. Probably two.

And this had arrived.

So far I'm not impressed but it can grow on me! Apparently it is going to tell me how much sleep I get. Or don't. And it has been tracking my steps. I've been dancing about the kitchen to improve the number.

It could be quite effective in getting me to shift my arse!!!
