"Ding ding went the bell"

My friend Gilbert a fellow member of our photography group and I went snooping around some old rail equipment this morning. This engine appears to have been decommissioned in the recent past as we found some fresh bolts in the undercarriage. In fact there were quite a few all around. We had thought we had shot this up sufficiently when we noticed the "ships bell" under the front, behind the yellow...ish step. The VCR is still in operation and has rides for visitors.
