Little miss bossy helped make the birthday cake by insisting on the addition of food colouring, thankfully I only had red, far more preferable than eating blue or heaven forbid green sponge! Totally wasted effort (the food colouring that is, not the cake, he'll never refuse cake) though seeing as he's colourblind...
