Charity Shop Camera
Today we headed to Clydebank to buy a new lawnmower, the old one had given up the ghost last Autumn. So purchase made and delivery organised we had a wander around the shopping centre.
John spotted a boxed camera set in the window of a charity shop so , off course we just had to go in and have alook. The boc contained a Canon Powershot A560 complete with batteries ,SD card ( ok it was only 16mb) all the relevant papers , cables , software CD and a dedicated camera bag for the Powershot. I was very impressed by the couple of shots I took in the shop, cracking bargain at £20, so bought it and tried it out on the way home.
Tonight's blip is a landscape image overlooking Loch Restil looking through the Arrocher Alps combined with a macro image of a group of marsh marigolds in our garden pond.
I am really impressed at how well this has performed. What a bargain and so handy for taking out when I don't want to take the big DSLR out.
Also have uploaded a back blip from last night, sorry it's another football image which might not be your cup of ta.
