Health Warning

Not mine (I kicked the habit a good three years ago) but it got me thinking that there are many other aspects of life at the moment that could do with a health warning:

Xmas - too fast, too soon, too much.
Microsoft word - who developed the auto format function?
Amazon - how much do I have to pay for delivery?
Scottish Power - don't they know it's xmas?
D - how long does it take to choose a watch?
Procurement - is this really the most effective way to buy things?
Party Season - too many, too often.

Blipfoto - too addictive (but a small oasis of tranquility)
