Spring sunrise

Looking through our living room window, the sunrise has moved much farther north. The days getting longer too. We were suppose to get a blizzard today, but it stalled out west. Will be here tomorrow instead. Rain forecasted for this afternoon so we went to look at cars this morning. I'm getting a new Camary hybrid. I love my old one but Monte's one indulgance is new cars. If it was up to me, I'd drive it until it was too expensive to fix.
There were two men fishing on the ice on the way in. We were thinking "fools!!!" with the high winds from the north the chance of the ice blowing out were very high. Sure enough when we drove back home the ice had blown out quite a ways. We heard on the news the rescue squad had to pull them off the ice. They were "embarrassed!" Stupid idiots are lucky to be alive.
