Out at the Outlet

Relatively speaking I had an athletic day today.

A session going nowhere on the bike trainer in the garage, a walk with Jenny, a session with the physio, then another walk down at the outlet.

This photo is at the start of the mighty Clutha River where it drains Lake Wanaka. It is always a beautiful walk and when you are traveling as slow as I am at the moment you get to see even more, one of the few advantages of a tibial plateau.

Anyway I had better get on my bike and maintain this rigorous regime.
