Boys will be boys

A break in the bad weather came along today, and after a dreadful morning, a trip to the coffee shop and park was needed.

Everything was a bit wet so we only played for a little while before walking. As always on the walk B managed to find a stick. Having found one we found a second much larger one. To be fair it was more of a branch than a stick.

He was not convinced when I asked him to put one down and decided that he would carry both. Along the path he found a puddle, and well boys will be boys. We must have spent a good 5 minutes splashing sticks , feet and hands before we decided that it was time to move on.

It was mucky but fun and really, that's all that counts
