Godinton House, Ashford

Today, I took a trip to Godinton House with my father and grandfather (pictured). Despite the weather, the day was really good, I took loads of photos and had a good time looking around the gardens. The place was empty apart from the people who work there and it just amazes me that there are some beautiful places that hardly get any visitors - anyway the peace was nice.

Used the LCD screen to take this photo from near-ground level. Really like the effect it produced. The dull weather resulted in a greater ambience. Boosted the contrast.
