Move! I'm in a hurry.

This little bird was running to be with it's mate who was on the grass.
We went to the shops and the park this morning. It was nice to get out as I have been ill since Friday evening. I've had food poisoning.This was made more complicated by my having Addison's Disease, my Adrenal Gland does not work.I had the usual trip to hospital, but am now feeling much better.
