Flagging

This weather is really getting me down. Three consecutive days of dreich does not make for a happy bunny. These should ideally be flags of surrender but instead they are festooning the arches around the Hidden Door exhibition in East Market Street.

I've no idea what these flags represent but they do look like someone has done a washing and forgotten to take it in when the rain started.
