Did anyone else draw moustaches on their kids?

April Fools! Just before I finally felt tired and so went to bed about 2.30am I drew beautiful moustaches on both girls with an eyeliner pencil ready for their April Fools morning. I had put a leek in the downstairs bathroom so I could say to Mark, oh no there's a leak in the bathroom but he just thought it was normally insane behaviour and didn't mention it! Heidi and India both loved their moustaches in the morning and India totally got me with a 'the window's been broken' cry.

Mia, my goddaughter, Talia and Adams (previous blip) daughter was on holiday today so came for the day. We visited Nellie, walked the dogs, collected Heidi, went shopping, went to gymnastics, made dinner, collected India and then because I had too many children to use the car we walked to get Jay then Josh from school. We came home via the park and all the kids let off steam in the glorious sunshine in the park for an hour. They did homework when they got in and we had a disco in the lounge blaring music with the windows open before dinner. They are all groovy movers!

A friend from the down the road came to record me for the radio as someone with a regional accent for where I live. I had to talk about where I grew up. Since she's gone I've remembered lots of great things that I should have said!
