Kissing coppers

Today I noticed a giant version of the iconic kissing copper Banksy has appeared on the front of the old bingo hall, can't find any reference to it on the internets so I don't know anything about its origins.

The original kissing coppers appeared on the side of the Prince Albert back in 2004 and was removed and fetched around £345,000 at auction! A replica stands where the original once was - maybe another blip for another day :)
