I'm out for dinner tomorrow night so I was making pudding - not the cheesecake shown here, this was just made from the leftovers...

Managed to avoid getting caught out on April Fools' Day. But then I wondered if I'd maybe not believed a story that actually turned out to be true? Like the story of the seven-a-day fruit research which a few people believed to be a joke.
