Spring...

...Has sprung.

I am behind with comments.
I have a been having a little wrist problem. (R.S.I?).
Typing is (nuisancely) a little uncomfortable.
But have had some Bowen therapy today and am confident of Ease :-)

No doubt I shall be quite back to normal shortly.

In the meanwhile I'm off to eat my ten portions of fruit and veg.

And ponder whether 'nuisancely' is a word.
Which it should be.
