Adventure Day.

The boys were on separate adventures today.
Ruaraidh went on an Outside Adventure Day organised by the local council.
Den building, camp fire, marshmallows, tree climbing and lots more fun.
The weather was atrocious, pouring with rain and a little cold.
We dropped him off with some of his pals at 9.30.
I was a bit concerned that Ru might get too cold and wet throughout the day and put a "damper" on his day. (sorry!)
But I needn't have worried.... Went back at 3pm to pick him up and it was all smiles!
Had a wonderful day, covered in mud and soaking, but happy!
Success!

A friend and I took Jamie and his best pal Caleb on an adventure so they didn't feel left out.
A trip on the train over the Fourth Rail Bridge to Edinburgh National Museum with packed lunch. (always a winner!)
They had a blast to.
We got soaked as well, from the station to the museum and back, but everyone was happy!
