Flowering Cherry Tree.
This lovely flowering cherry tree has been in our front garden ever since we have lived here and that is more than 25 years!
At the end of each March it always flowers profusely and is commented on by pedestrians walking up and down the road. It has grown into a sort of umbrella shape and I maintain it with careful pruning here and there.
When the flowers have dropped, it looks as though there has been a snow storm with all the flower petals everywhere.
It is just at its best now. When I left last week to go to LPH, there were some flowers on it, but on my return, this is what it looks like right now.
Underneath the tree against the wall there are two Euonymous plants either side of the trunk and directly behind it is a Sarcocca plant.
Enjoy and take care.
