Magnolia Flower Bud

After a dull start today the sun made an appearance about lunch time so decided to call into Cuerden valley to check on the progress of the Magnolia tree as quite a few of the Magnolia trees in the area are now in full bloom.

This tree must be in a slightly cooler spot as it is only just starting to get its flower buds.

I will revisit in a few days to take a look at how its getting on as I know it is a beautiful tree when in full bloom.
