The Selfie

I'm not into The Selfie. I don't need to post pictures of myself (usually) but today...

It's not a great week. Lots of bad things going on. They will be dealt with, they will be resolved, but picking myself up and not giving up is proving hard today.

So, this selfie is to show me that when I got knocked down (again) I picked myself up (again) and carried on. And not just carried on. I went out (which is good, I am quite hermit-like and like the relative safety of my house) in the face of imagined (or past) ridicule and ran.
