Brookside, Moulton

We woke this morning to see that the River Kennett had flooded Brookside. I was up at the school and someone I had been meeting had to rush back home to see if his house was going to be flooded. Fortunately we live up the road from here but my heart goes out to the poor people in Somerset and everywhere where they are suffering from the floods at the moment. It must be so soul destroying to see your home destroyed. Beyond the free in the foreground is the road so it was quite deep.
