Carpenter's Wheel

That is the name of this pattern, which I pieced together 2 or 3 years ago and just recently completed the quilting of the layers. I enjoyed the quilting process immensely, putting more stitches into the quilt than I sometimes do. The extra effort is well worth it.

I'm finding that taking photographs is similar. Ideas, composition, settings... I know there is so much to learn, but I am enjoying the process.
