'my garden flowers are beginning to blossom'

how wonderful it is to look out of my window and see new flowers coming out, buds on trees and bushes growing.

Surprising what a little sleep can do....... i slept for a couple of hours, my body stilled and was peaceful. I woke and with renewed energy 3,30 a.m. cleaned my kitchen had tea and toast, went back to bed and listened to a Ted talk and tried to sleep - no I guess i had to settle for the bliss of three hours. so up and decided i would hoover the bungalow at a gentle pace. that achieved made me feel really good.

first visitor of the day Simon for a mentoring session, no sorry I lie first visitor remember the dog Murphy well i had him for the day. After lunch my writing buddy and we played truant and had a go at testing our vocabulary and played word games with tea and cakes.

a couple of calls from friends and my daughter checking me out and all in all a good day. Hope you have all had an enjoyable day.
