The best bit about my birthday has been spending time with people I love.

I enjoyed presents in bed with Tom. One of those presents remains to be a surprise- an adventure that he has planned. I know when I need to be ready to go on this adventure but virtually nothing else! Exciting! We had a lovely lunch in the afternoon and relaxed in the spa together afterwards.

In the evening mum, Si and Lau joined us for some good teppanyaki and a comedy night. It was an eventful gig because of Kev (a member of the audience who you probably don't want to meet).
