Mango chutney
Here's my recipe:
5 mangoes chopped (that's how many I had)
2 large onions chopped
2 small bottles of white vinegar
1/2 a bag of sugar (I didn't have brown so used Demerara)
Teaspoon of nutmeg
Teaspoon of turmeric
Dessert spoon of ground coriander
Dessert spoon of curry powder
Maybe 2 teaspoons of paprika
Salt
Put it all in a large pan, bring to a simmer and continue for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally. Put into sterilised jars and seal. Leave for a few weeks and use as required.
That isn't a recipe I found, it's a what's in the cupboard so make your own with whatever you have and enjoy. Love & peace T's
