It been a tougher day than I ever imagined, but there's been some really special moments and memories to dwell on, to ease the pain and remind myself that next year may seem easier to bare.

I trust all the mums out there know how much they are loved and appreciated today, not just because of who you are, but because you are so irreplacable in the eyes of those who love you most and to whom you mean the world.
