The size needed for this nut (thought I'd better explain that for starters) - Mrs Schubert was quite skeptical about the link, I have to admit.

Despite yesterday's unexpectedly popular flower picture (for which, many thanks), my cold hasn't really improved, so housebound again, I've resorted to still-life.... and you can see how good I am (not) at that.

The adjustable spanner is something of an heirloom (it's huge) and has been very useful around the bottom-bracket area of more than one bicycle. We know it as the "gentle-persuader"!
