room with a view

well, a view from a room anyway. the book was mentioned on the radio earlier. i'd wanted to go out having got home in the last of the light, and take a photo of the street lights and the cars and the deep blue sky reflecting on the road, just around the bend, but i couldn't because i was expecting a delivery and needed to stay in. it arrived so all was well and there is an idea to file away under blips not quite done, along with the moon reflecting off the bridleway - which may be some time coming around again, but by then i'd already achieved my blip for the day...

been a busy weekend. best go and fill in the gaps.
