The Mole Plant

I love the name of this plant. My mum called it this because in Italy they believe it stops moles from coming to your garden as they don't like the smell of the roots and this also makes the worms taste funny.

This is what wikipedia has to say about it. - Euphorbia lathyris (Caper Spurge or Paper Spurge) is a species of spurge native to southern Europe (France, Italy, Greece, and possibly southern England), northwest Africa, and eastward through southwest Asia to western China. Other names occasionally used include Gopher Spurge, Gopher Plant or Mole Plant. (perhaps my Mum was right)
