I had a good run this morning. There were deer in the fields and one crossed in front of me as I ran along the avenue in Eaglescairnie. They are so graceful when they move. I am more of a plodder.

Nick, Murron, Brammle and I went to Tyninghame for a lovely walk. Brammle managed to disgrace himself by snaffling an entire pack of sausage rolls from a couple who were picnicing on the beach. He ate them packaging and all. Apparently he wasn't the first dog to try....
