Tree Surgeon

A process of tree felling and rhododendron clearning is currently taking place in the woods alongside Grizedale Lea reservoir.

As we walked over the tops and along the path of the reservoir this morning, this 'feller' appeared just at the right time for me to capture my second shot for this week's 'people' theme.

He was very happy to accommodate when I asked him if I could take his photo - I think a friendly chat about his labrador dog that was keeping him company and our general interest in his work had put him in a very good frame of mind!!
