New house

I've spotted the bluetits recently surveying the house. I think they must have made a purchase and the sale has gone through. I was having my breakfast in the conservatory and this one was having a good look around and doing a bit of cleaning inside and out I think. He kept coming back and didn't seem at all bothered when I stood by the window taking pictures. I'm looking forward to seeing his family.
