Warm thanks to Hobbs Run for keeping the Mono Monday Challenge going, its been fun with much learnt and I now realise I have much more to learn, movement being one of these incorporating some blur.

A great start to my week, spending the morning on the beach photographing these beauties as their trainers worked them through their paces, it was awesome!
