Where else should a fish be?

This is a regular occurrence in our house as our felines like drowning their toys.
"Blue fish" is one of Finn's favourites and is currently spending more time in the water bowl than out.
At least Finn hasn't worked out how to remove his toys from the water bowl. Caleb was excellent at presenting me with a toy which I'd automatically pick and throw - only to realise it had been drowned when there was a soggy splat sound off whatever it bounced off after I'd thrown it.
