Mothers day

We had my parents over today for lunch and we spent most of the time in the garden, the weather was fantastic. Herbie spent most of his day walking around the yard, up and down the road and had a walk at the park too. Although not walking on his own he is getting very stable, confident and only needs one hand to be held.

This pic was a mistake shot as I was getting my phone out, but I just loved the composition, it captured the playfulness of the moment. Herbie and my mum chasing ( slowly) around this concrete ball in the park.

A very special day being able to spend it with family, and it started with a lie in and a cuppa in bed!!
