Inside-Out S'mores Brownies

Campfires and beaches are the best parts of summer. It really only makes sense to celebrate the coming warm-up by making something reminiscent of summer. Here are the scores:

I know, it's not a cookie, but it was in the book! And it sounded delicious, so who am I to say "no?" A bit dry due to the graham crackers, but overall pretty delicious.

Our Advice: DON'T TRY TO EAT THE CHOCOLATE!!! It was really gross. I found out the hard way.
