Hong Kong Tramways

These double decker trams cannot be found many places around the world, but Hong Kong has them, and they are cheap to ride.

And fun.

The Goose and I, along with her parents explored the city some more today. One of the highlights was riding the trams. Here, another tram is making its run as a can of Campbell's Soup. Made my hungry.

The views were spectacular, and we lucked out having amazing seats while ohters had to stand and keep balance.

Some of the other highlights today were visiting a bakery at Western Market, walking down the antique sellers street, riding the longest outdoor covered escalator system in the world from bottom to top, ate at a Mexican food restaurant, visited the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, explored the peninsula area of Stanley (lots of shopping opportunities), and rode on the "hair-raising" double decker bus through the mountains on curvy roads.

Wow, so many blip opportunities today, but wanted to keep it simple, with the memory that kicked off such an amazing day.
