"A Shy Game Bird!"

Walking a friends dog this evening I was very lucky to across a Red Legged Partridge. Not a rare bird but one that is favoured for the pot, so usually they take flight as soon as disturbed. ( although thinking on it, it cannot know its favoured for the pot! obviously just a shy, game bird)
