Touchdown

Cycled to Ramstein where I stopped to watch this plane land on Ramstein AB.
Pretty ugly, isn't it?

Met a couple from my hometown at the fence there - they told me that yesterday the Air Force One flew right over their heads at the very same spot.
I didn't know the US President Barack Obama was here yesterday but checked it just now and he sure was:
"Air Force One was making a scheduled refueling stop in Germany and he was using the opportunity to meet with US members of the military. Obama is returning back to Washington today after a week long trip aboard to Europe and Saudi Arabia." (Shouldn't that be "abroad"?)
